4 Months 2 weeks 5 days

This is going to be your 1st Memorial Day weekend. It'll be lots of fun. We are going to get the yard all ready for summer - WE have a pretty fountain and a lovely gazebo. I also got you your 1st baby pool....its a silly hippopotamus!!!! I look forward to sooooo much with you. Usually, people eat Burgers and Dogs....but Mommy is going to be very good this year and grill up some fish and some PINEAPPLE YUMMY! I hope you like pineapple as much as I do.

This week we went to the Dr and it was the 1st time we went without Daddy. I felt sooo bad. You haven't seen this Dr. since you were 5 days old (normally you see her associate)...well between meeting a stranger, and her VERY cold hands - you got VERY upset. You were crying and crying - even BEFORE you got your shot. The shot almost didn't even phase you, you just wanted mamma to hold you! So I did. I'll hold you forever if thats what you need baby! I will always be there to kiss a boo boo or huold you if you are sad don't ever forget that. And always remember, even though you are a boy it IS ok to cry - no matter what anybody says! Oh you are 17 pound and 12 oz and 26" long!
